Button front and short smocked blouse, this masterpiece circa 1970s is a whimsical and extremely unique piece.  Despite its age, the colors in the embroidery are as fresh and vibrant as the day it was created. Black heavy cotton in the cuffs and collar. The workmanship is amazing!
